Group Technology Graduate Program

The Group Technology Graduate Program offers you 12 months working with experts from ASSA ABLOY and consultancy companies on a joint in-depth theoretical and practical software development program to create leading-edge products.

EMEA Graduate Program

The EMEA Graduate Program is an 18-month position that offers you a unique opportunity to hone your skills and gain practical experience in a work environment. It gives graduates the opportunity spend three months overseas at another EMEA (Europe, the Middle East and Africa) location with the rest of the time in their home country. A number of places are available each year to graduates from all over Europe.

APAC Graduate Program

Participants in the 12-month APAC Graduate Program work across the Asia-Pacific region to gain a better understanding of ASSA ABLOY’s different markets and our businesses. Including a two-to-three month international assignment, you will work in a cross-cultural environment, acquire product knowledge, and learn about project and logistics management in different fields such as marketing, R&D, specification and translation.

ESD Graduate Program

Entrance Systems’ 24 months Graduate Program on a permanent employment contract is your chance to get to spend time in not only your home country’s part of the business, but also do two 6 months placements in other countries while learning about our business and the organization. The Program will help you discover your strengths and development areas, while both working in day-to-day business and completing 3-4 training modules per year.
